Rental Information
The Archer Lodge Community Center is a 4,400 sq. ft. facility with meeting rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, and tables and chairs. The center is a great gathering place for both community and social activities. Today this building is being used for:
- Birthday parties
- Anniversary parties
- Wedding receptions
- Family reunions
- Scout meetings
- Community dances
- Monthly Community meetings
- July 4th celebration
- Church activities
You may rent the Community Center for your own social event.
Rental Includes: meeting space, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave), restrooms, tables, chairs, and basic cleaning supplies.
Not Included: commercial gas kitchen equipment (grill, deep fryer, double boiler).
Key Policies:

No alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, smoking, or pets (service animals allowed).

Decorations cannot be attached to walls or ceilings.

Facility must be cleaned after use or a $175 cleaning fee will be charged.

Other park events may occur during your rental; parking may be limited.
Rental rates (including setup and cleanup):
2 hours – $250
(plus $400 refundable security deposit)
4 hours – $350
(plus $400 refundable security deposit)
8 hours – $700
(plus $400 refundable security deposit)

If you are ready to reserve a date:
1. Contact the Building Coordinator above to request your preferred date and confirm availability.
2. Complete the Rental Form once your date is approved.
3. Submit the completed form by email and postal mail, along with the rental fee and $400 refundable security deposit. Your reservation is not confirmed until all of these requirements have been met.
