Please fill out order forms completely and legibly. We urge everyone to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time. You have the option of placing your order online prior to the shoot, instead of using the order form envelope.

3) Place your order and print out the receipt.
4) Hand receipt to photographer on photo day.
